Within the US : 5 to 8 business days.
Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
After you place an order, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email or SMS providing you with a tracking number via a separate email. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
HOW TO TRACK THE PACKAGE?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier’s website and use the tracking number to track your package.
To track your package, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the order tracking page
2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order. You can as well use the tracking number that you received in our shipping confirmation email.
3. Clicking the “Track Order” button to track your package.
If you do not have your order number, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing your order number and items included. Please carefully double-check your shipping address and order information for accuracy in the order confirmation email or SMS. Changed your mind about your order? Wrong order? Orders and sent out for delivery within 24 to 48 business hours. Due to our quick shipment timelines, we can only accept cancellations and changes in your order prior to order shipment. Contact us as soon as you can if an order needs to be changed or canceled.
We do our best to ensure every order arrives safe and secure. Despite the series of quality checks, occasionally products do arrive with damage.
If items arrive faulty/broken/damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. For faulty products that arrive damaged and need to be returned for a refund, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, celilia will make every attempt to rectify, however charges may apply.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We use major shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight shipping companies that offer the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.
DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
You can only specify one address per order on celilia.com.
If you’re buying several items and want to designate that items be sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company provided in your tracking information. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist and get to the bottom of it!
Unexpected Delays: In some (rare) instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above due to reasons beyond our control.
